Calls late at note leaves no message

Hard to understand. Caller stated that they were a girl from Germany, but had the accent of someone from China.

Calls and it only rings one or two times, not even enough time to answer it. no message ever left. I may be in the market for windows and doors someday but it won't be from Hansen's whi is where these calls seem to be coming from. doesn't make sense for some one who wants to sell you a product to only let it ring 2 times and leave no message.
