These scammers got "blocked " so we do not hear the call but as "potential spam " they just keep calling ..

To avoid the DNC rules they claim to be a charity for vets but show on the id a "Potential spam " maybe because reports claim that over 90% of the collected donations go to staff and less than 1% to veterans .
