This is a legitimate fax call. "HOV Services" has been outsourced by the VA to handle their incoming faxes. When you fax documents to VA this number will call back. You need to be by the fax machine and accept the call. Then it will print the fax confirmation report with the date and time your fax was received by the VA.

Did not answer. My phone company, Frontier, lists the phone call as 'possible spam'. I won't answer it, but they are persistent.
