I got the same thing...first time was a woman with a heavy accent, this time a male with the name Kevin Mason. LOL...You can tell he's an Indian, and definitely a scam. Wish they would find them and put them before a judge. LOL

I just got this exact call today. It does not use my name just says it is intended for me and then says the same threat about going in front of a judge and avoiding criminal action...... Definitely a recording and lots of noise in background. What a joke!!

Same voice as last week's IRS "trying to reach you to avoid going before a magistrat judge or federal grand jury" call. However, this week it's the U.S. Treasury Dept this jerk is calling about!
