I just got a call from them too and I'm allegedly on the National Do Not Call Registry but I guess nobody bothers to enforce that anymore.
The caller was selling GE home security and said he was local (Michigan) from a company called Intech or Intec.

Received a call on my cell phone which is on the Do Not Call list but no one responded to my answering the call.

Pressing 1 connected to male who claims to be with "Armstrong protection in Livonia Michigan"
Telemarketer. Unsolicited "FREE" promotional offer for GE home security product with a subscription fee for a little over $30/month. They called my cell number, and I'm listed on the Nat'l Do-Not-Call registry. I filed complaint with FCC already - do the same.
