Got a call from this guy on November 19, 2012 at 16:40 PST. I knew it was a scam so as soon as the automated voice said I'd be transferred to a live agent, I immediately asked to be removed from the mailing list based on the CRTC legislation. He was arrogant, wasn't listening and told me 'no' he wouldn't remove me from the mailing list. I have filed a complaint with the CRTC on this guy.

They say its about the payments of the card,they really think people are stupid.

250-372-8103 on my caller ID. A John Parker, #277 called and explained he was with G.F.Tax company representing VISA and MasterCard. They were going to get me from 0.9% to 9.99% rate instead of 19.99% I was paying. Over 56 minutes he had me convinced and I found myself giving all details on 3 of my Credit Cards. The call kept getting disconnected and then reconnected. He kept stating he could get me a much lower rate. He then switched me to his suprevisor, a Justin Eric #JE1090, and he went on to explain this could be done for a fee of 1,095.00.
At one point the call got totally disconnected and Justin called back on 306-236-2689. After I said I don't think so he dropped the price to 795.00, and said he was doing this for me a one time deal. Just then I got a call from one of my Credit Card Security office stating that 8× in a row that someone was trying different PINs to put through charges.
At this point I told them they were a scam, and didn't want to talk to them again.
Yet this 'Justin' was persistent and called back again on the 306-236-2689, and I told him to get lost.
