Call display read BC Health,
once left message about a survey at St. Pauls, long winded, something about password mailed, needed to complete survey and to call them if I didn't receive it.
Called again one week later, left no message.

Yes they have gotten hold of my land house line and also my cell past 5 months asking me about a Malatest questionnaire via email and my responses to my transfer credits from Camosun to university
