The calls are always about lowering the interest rate on my credit card. One time I played along to see what they were getting at and basically they are trying to get people to give the SSN or their account information which I never did.

Recording says they can lower your interest rates to 6% for a limited time and this is your last chance. Then to press 1 to speak to a customer service rep. If you press 1, you get a live person, but if you ask them to remove your number, they hang up in your ear.
