They stated helping with grants for school funding, money to borrow personally & some other way of obtaining other funding. I questioned him on for the name of the company. He got very irrate with me. I didn't understand name of his co.

Loans, refinance mortgages, school loans or grants, payday loans, collection co. myriad of other things.
Caller: Pacific Telecommunication Grp.
Keeps calling and calling about some payday loan offer that I am not interested in.
I think they said loans or realty. I've also been getting text messages
