Reduce credit card interest rates. I do not have and have never had an outstanding balance. Cards are paid in full every month.

Reduce credit card rates. We are receiving multiple calls almost daily. We have repeatedly requested these calls be stopped to no avail. Usually the request to stop calls is met with rudeness.

it is NCO Financial Services, a 3rd party debt collector, hoping you will press the number to speak to them. they are secretly developing information about you. don't press the number to cease future calls, it only tells their robotic dialer an actual person is on the other end. by pressing the number to speak to them, gives them lots of leeway under the "fair debt collection law" they glean information about you to later leave a debt collection call at your phone number. they will never put anything in writing because then they have to follow the law. they have played off of the "this is rachael at card member services scam". don't press anything then the robotic call logs it as no response, giving them even less information

These calls all offer the same thing: a final offer to lower credit card interest rates. Press a certain number to be transferred to an "agent" ( who hangs up on you if you ask to be removed from their calling list); or press another number to stop the calls. This last option doesn't seem to be working.
