This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in >15 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo call says "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Holder Services) with an urgent message concerning your credit card..." They make it sound as if I had deliquient debt. The recording goes on "...to lower your credit card rate press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1, wait for a live operator, and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up on me. When I press 3 to be removed from their call list, I still get calls from this company. When I call the number that my phone indicates dailed me, I get an error message that the phone number I dailed is disconnected, so this company is systematically spoofing Caller ID on purpose to keep the people they robocall from reaching them.

They claim they will lower the interest rate on my credit cards.

They ask me if I want to lower the interest rates on my credit cards. when I ask which ones, they say all of them. When I ask which account they are calling about, they say your credit card account, and ask for my credit card number or social security number. This is absolute nonsense. I ask what bank they are with, and they say they work with all of the banks. I ask what for name of their business, and they hang up. This is foolish nonsense. Waste of my time, my air minutes, and a fraud to get me to tell them my social security number and/or credit card numbers.
