I received a computerized message identifying me by first name only saying that I was named in a civil suit involving a restraining order and I would need to appear in court. They said it was the Civil Investigations Unit and my response or my attorney's response was needed within 24-48 hours by calling the number and referencing the claim and affidavit number. When I called the number it gave three options for depts., press 1 for seized property and collections, 2 for civil claims, and 3 for settling legal claims. I never reached a person, it rang with all three extensions and then went to a busy signal.
