ITs a recording and I dont let it get too far because I DONT CARE! All it does is upset me because it is hard for me to get to the phone and when I get these darn phone calls from you several times a day, it makes me MAD!! (and I'm being polite here!!!) STOP CALLING ME. My next phone call is to the Better Business Bureau. AND my father already has LifeAlert but if he didn't I'd tell him DONT BUY it because they HARRASS me!!!
