Mr. Temple was convicted of the felony offense of Possession of Cocaine (Virginia Code Section 18.2-250). On that charge, he was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge E.A. Martin to serve 3 years and 6 months in the Virginia State Penitentiary. However, this entire sentence, except for time already served, was suspended on the following conditions: 1) he has to be of uniform good behavior for a period of 3 years from today's date; 2) he was placed on an indeterminate period of supervised probation, and 3) his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was suspended for a period of 6 months.

If you have any problems, just contact his probation officer, Mr. Darrell Hopkins at 757 683-8417. He must be stopped.

He is out and doing this again. He gave me a sob story about losing his family and having emphysema. I am a woman, but he supposedly fell in my kitchen after I let him move in and was going to sue me if I did not let him stay longer. He was also threatening to expose me to my family and home owners association for various things that might be embarrassing. He was always getting drunk or high or both and always had money being wired to him and someone paying his phone bill. I retuned his mail and that is when the harassment and threats started. I never questioned where the money came from until I saw this online. He has been arrested twice in the short time I've known him. He accused me of reporting him and the guy I was seeing even though neither of us knew where he was. Had to change my number because he was threatening me from different numbers.

I have reported this scam to gofundme.com. Also am going to call his probation officer Tuesday to let him know about it and him blackmailing someone I know.

this man named levi temple or james temple is a scam ... and there is other listing from #'s he has used such as 252-489-2988 and 902-406-8325 and 252-202-6813 this is just a few postins from anouther site I had dealings with him yesterday evening on Yahoo. He used the same name (James Temple). He also goes by the name of Jamie. His email address is coastal_nc_guy@yahoo.com. I spoke with him on the phone a couple of times, once from the 252-489-2988 number and later from the number 252-202-6813. Supposedly, the former number is his home number and the latter one is his cell phone. The address he gave me was:Rt. 2 Box 106Moyock, NC 27958Without getting into all the details, he said he wanted to visit me, but he didn't have enough money for gas for the trip. I foolishly wired him some money to come and visit me. That's how I got all this info about him. He said he'd call me when he left. Of course he never called back after I sent him the money. I haven't tried calling him or emailing him. I don't want to give him the satisfaction. I would just like to stop him from scamming anyone else.THANK YOU for this post!!! I just got contacted by this scammer and when i googled his number, this post came up.. He said his name is Levi but the rest of the story fits... thankfully I didnt call him or sent him ANYTHING.. thank you again!!!This guy tried to scam me off Craigslist. He got a few pictures of my wife and I. He then took out phone number and ran it through Intlius or some other background company and got Our names and address. He then tried to blackmail us, but he is an idiot and I called the Police. The Phone number I had listed for him is 252-564-2780. He says he is in Virginia, but the number is registered to a Lisa Carter of Rr 2 Pob 366 Hertford, NC 27944. He should be getting a call from Prince William County Sheriff's Department in a day or so.This individual is named James Temple. He's seriously Mental. He used to stalk me years ago, he recently just found me and threatening calls have started agian. He's also associated with 902-406-8325

This person is using this phone to text me. The person is threatening and harassing me. It is a scam. The police officer said to not respond. I did file a report. also 801-896-4499.
