caller said if I did not contact them an arrest warrant would be sent to my local police department, said his name was Gary Cooper and to contact his department at 2532011582 but when you put it in 411 they don't have a number listed for it. I know for a fact the IRS will not call you they sent notices by mail only unless you ask them to call you and they won't tell you over the phone they are going to arrest you. This is a scam..........
