When ever I answer it is quiet at first and when I said "Hello" the second time I hear noise and people calling in the background and then they hangup. I tried calling the number back but it either just hangs up with out ringing or it will say wrong number then hang up or it will ring once or twice then hang up. I have been getting this number call me for the past 4-5 days already. I usually answer because if it is telemarketing I like to let them know to take my number off the list.

Yes, these low life magets called me also, and I did not answer the phone...People will do ANYTHING TO STEAL in today's world (Your ID, Your Bank Account, SS #, ETC). The morals in America have gone down the toilet due to infiltration of people that have NO MORALS!!! I am from the old school era where you were taught by Parents & at School, that stealing was a sin, and the penalty would be greater then the crime. DO NOT answer any calls that you do not recognize the number for. I have caller ID, and when the phone rings if I do not recognize the #, I do not answer. If it is a legitimate call they will leave a message

Scammer. Foreign accent, typically claims to represent the US Government and that we have "free money" or "free money for education". After being told many times not to call back, same people call insisting on talking to my youngest daughter, but refuse to talk to her mother or I (her father). My phone number is a private line, unlisted, and I pay to have it as such. I want these people arrested and/or shut down! Others HAVE reported this number on other websites. This time, I want ACTION on it. Thank you!
