A computer enhanced robocall. I've received these in the past from different numbers. After I said "Hello" several times, female voice (Alice) questions "James?" I said "speaking" or similar, to avoid actually saying "yes." She then tells the same joke about I'm harder to get ahold of than getting her kids to clean their rooms (paraphrase). It's not a human, as script continues when I talk. Apparently programmed to give certain responses relating to what it "hears." Asks if she can send me an envelope for a donation, and I didn't give her the answer she wanted, and starts talking about the cancer victims needs. I then hung up. Research in the past has shown that though this is technically a registered charity, only a very small percentage goes to the cause advertised.

When you redial this phone number it automatically sends you to a 360-253-2209. This is the home of The Parks. They are not the cancer society and have had to talk to a lot of people to explain the situation. The phone company has not helped with this issue. We are all tired of the non stop phone calls

Robocall recording or "computer call" with voice of mature lady. Like other complaints here, when answer she says my first name in questioning tone (like asking if that's me). I said "speaking" rather then "yes" due to stories about not to say "yes" with these robocalls. She then says "[My name], it's harder to get ahold of you than to get my kids to clean their room." Then chuckles and begins her spiel, asking for money for "charity."

CID just shows phone # with "11" prior to rest of number. Also shows "Not Available." This puts me at alert and I only answer so it stops ringing. Agree, I'm not giving to "charity" calls, valid or not, without knowing anything about them and how much $$ actually goes to the cause.

I didn't answer the call because I didn't recognize the I.D. They left no message. They called at 8:00 p.m.
