This is a rare case where everyone is correct. The folks at (253) 234-9176 are technically a different company than PHM but they are PHM's legitimate and approved re supplier. PHM confirmed this in an email.

NOT PERFORMANCE HOME MEDICAL
This is NOT Performance Home Medical, it's PAPResupply posing as Performance Home Med. They called me on my mobile, called my work, then emailed me in the span of 5 minutes. The link in the email was not to the performance home med website I normally go to, it was to a papresupply link that's not affiliated with PHM.
