Received call from this number on my cell, no problem with your c/c but press 1 (or 9) to get a 6.9% rate. Pressed 1, told the lady who barely spoke English to remove my number from their call list, and she hung up on me. Had to call back to "press 1" to get my number removed from their call list "within 72 hours".

Aren't they required to give you the opt out on their original message? I had to call them back, then press 1 to get my number removed "within about 72 hours".
