Caller ID identified as "Customer Service"; automated call identified as generic "Cardholder Services"; stated no problem with credit account but was last chance to lower interest rates; no company listed; no credit card named; generic SPAM; requested "touch 1" to talk to customer service to "lower interest rates" & "touch 2" to have phone number removed; pressed 2 and gopt a hunman who tried to sell; informed them about "No CALL" and demanded they remove the number. They refused to respond and I was forced to hang up to end the call.

SCAM call from 253-236-2032 shows CUSTOMER SVC for CallerID. The robo-call (Heather today, Rachel in the past) promises to lower your interest rate if you will just answer a few questions or call them back and answer a few questions. They know nothing about you, so they talk you into telling them everything they need to know to steal your identity and hijack your credit cards. They do this over a period of several calls to build your confidence as they pry deeper into your personal information.

States this is my last chance to lower my credit card interest rate. Pressed 1 for an agent who hung up immediately when asked what company it was and how my number was obtained.

Credit card rate opportunity. They identify themselves as "customer services". I get at least two calls a week until today when I spoke to their person and told them to @$&*% quit calling. I was then told I would receive a call every minute from now on!!So far - two more calls today.
