Alleges to be with my credit card company. IT IS NOT. I have ONE credit card and it's a credit union and the credit union would have CONTACTED ME BY PHONE IDENTIFYING ITSELF FOR VIA SNAIL (REGULAR) MAIL

Caller: only mention "this is your credit card company".. which was a LIE

Credit card interest rate change. I have no credit cards. No mention of the business just "account services" offering a low interest rate change to my credit card. It asked if I wanted to speak to a live person to press 1, I did and it just disconnects. I called the number back and recieved a message saying thank you for calling back and to have your number put on the DNC list to enter "1" then the number and "#". Tjis "company" has called numerous times in the last year and I have made other complaints with the FCC regarding this "company" it is a different number each time but the same message.

The recorded message claimed to have information regarding my current credit card account, and said I could obtain a better interest rate by pressing 1 to speak with a representative. I pressed 1 and got through to a representative. I asked him to identify the company for whom he worked because I was going to file a complaint about their violation of the do not call list as well as making a telemarketing call to a cellphone. The representative refused to answer my question and instead put me on hold without warning, where I remained for several minutes until I hung up.

Got the call on my cell at 11:29 pst today. Didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number. No message left.

I received two calls from this area code today. The first was a missed call, but the second one was someone claim
ing to be from Microsoft windows security trying to get me to log onto my computer to enter some codes. wasn't going to happen. I also reported the other number.

Did not answer the call on my cell and they did not leave a message but I recognized it from calls on my home phone. They are using several different numbers for credit card interest reduction and political polls. Jerks. All four numbers listed above have been used on both of my phones
