The call said that my eligibility for a lower credit card interest rate would soon expire. Card Holder Services could guarantee a low rate on my outstanding credit card balance. I listened to the whole recorded message and then pressed "`1" to talk to a representative. I listened to part of his rote recitation, broke into his spiel, and said that I would be filing a complaint with the FCC.
