It's that illegal credit card scam that offers to lower your credit card interest. They called on my cell phone. I waited until a live person got on the line and hung up on them, just to waste their time as they waste mine.

Why doesn't the FBI investigate these guys instead of the all other headline stuff they waste their time on?

Reduction of credit card interest rates. Alleged to be my final notice. This is my third final notice from card services although two were from a different phone number, 701-671-9447. I pressed 1 to speak to a live person and asked to be removed from their calling list. The person replied "no problem". I usually get an immediate hang up and I continue to get their calls.
