The message said that I could get lower interest rates on my credit card. They didn't indicate which credit card though, so I knew it was a scam. The message gave me an option to dial "1" to speak to a rep and I did to tell them to never call me again. When the rep answered and I asked him which credit card they were calling me about, he hung up on me, so I didn't even have a chance to ask them to not call me again.

The message said it was about my credit card, that all is OK but they wanted to offer to lower my interest rate to as low as 6.9%. It said that this was the last chance for this opportunity. If I wasn't interested I was to push "2", which I did.
