caller identified himself as alex luiz or ruiz. said he was calling from harrison law firm and that i needed to respond or i was going to be taken to court by the federal gov't. this guy called me at work and refused to leave a voice message, insisting that the secretary hand deliver a message to me. pretty sure its a scam, have read other reports of the same thing using various call back numbers with different area codes. tell them to talk to your attorney and hopefully they will leave you alone.

Same thing happening here.. they called left this message on my voice mail this is how it was transcribed:
"This message is for Joshua. Joshua my anatomy said you on the phone how to send it over for the reason of my call is to inform you that I was issued is being filed against you on it and your social security number. He's kicked on where to buy to US garb, it's Joe. I wanted do legal action do I to you. I need you. I got a dolly to get back to me as soon as possible. My call back number is 25323668030. I had a make it 253-236-6030. Call me as soon as possible. Goodbye and God bless you "

When I called back he said he was with Harrison Law firm I asked him what did he want he said my son they are sueing .. I said sueing for what.. He kept on with his broken english I got mad told him to F^^K off and he yelled at me to get F**ked and B**ch.. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Same thing here thick accents claiming I didnt pay a loan back that I never even had. Get very angry when you disagree with them and tell them you dont have loan.

I received call from them stating that there was a lawsuit against me and they even provided me with the last four digits of my social security #. The guy that left me the message was named John Smith and was calling from a Harrison Law Firm ,with a very heavy accent and provided me the # of 253-236-6030 as well as 253-236-6033. I called them this morning and they claimed that a Ron Brooks was in charge of my account and will only give me the companies name that was suing me but would not provide me with their telephone # or any other information. He stated that my attorney should contact them. My attorney called and they were rude and would not provide her with any information as well such as their physical address, they hung up on her . Please do not provide them with any information. I did call the Tacoma, Washington Police department and they did a trace on such # and he confirmed that they are located in Kent, Washington but the # has no address in which they could match it with. You can tell that this is fraud, just by the American names they provide and the strong accents they have, it just doesn't match. If you call the # after their business hours it says that the Magic Jack caller is unavailable. What company first of all uses Magic Jack and does not want to reveal their physical address?

I've had my cell phone for TWO days, and already I've recieved TWO calls from them! Ridiculous!
