The man called and claimed there was a federal lawsuit against my name, email, address, and ssn. I said this was the first I was hearing about it and asked him to mail me anything related. He then tried to say that I will be prosecuted if I don't pay back my payday loan (never took one out). When I interrupted him and asked again who he was and where he's calling from, he became angry and began cussing at me. He had a thick Indian (I think) accent

Just like all of the above they are calling my dad my better half but when they called me three weeks ago I cussed them like a dog and hung up on them because I was a prior law enforcement officer of the US coast Guard and I can tell you they are a bunch of scammers they are illegally getting your information and trying to get you to pay money that you do not owe I know I shouldn't have but since they want to mis-inform people and bleed the people of their money in this economy I did this and I will admit to it and I encourage all of you to do the same I got all of their numbers off the internet and I posted them on gay sites across the US including the free classifieds I feel better since they are scammers so now they can get a taste of their own medicine.

I also called the FTC and the police they will shut their magicjack down all we have to do is keep reporting them and this will end they will loose the scammers ( Oh yea the scammers with a problem of horny guys now)

Called me several times today claiming I had a cash advance loan. I told them I never had a loan with the company. The man went on to say I was going to be sued if I didn't pay. He knew my ssn, job, and bank. I don't know how.

My phones calls come from Harrison Law firm too but the number is different it is 253-236-6030.
I have filled bankruptcy so any true and legal firm would know that, if I really owed them something. Question is how can I stop them from calling me because they are calling my job when I don't answer.

I called this number, at the request of a friend that told me, they thought that they may have been Scammed. The person who answered Stated they were Harrison Law Firm. And gave a first name of Sean. I asked for information from them to prove that they were a liggetament collection agency. They refused to give any information about their Company.
When called by a collections Agency, they will ask for you by name. Once they have confirmed that they are speaking with the person that they called for, they will inform you that this is an attempt to collect a dept. This caller does not do this! Do not give any information to anyone who does not tell you they are attemping to collect a dept. Or refuses to give proof of their legal status. A real collection agent will never ask you to send any personal information to them.
