Rec'd call on my cell phone this afternoon. I wasn't able to answer in time, and no voicemail message was left. CID showed phone # and "Washington." Call Detector app on phone showed phone number registered to Derrick C. I called to number back to check if he or anyone using phone had called me. I left message on his voicemail. He called back a few moments later. He was pleasant and understanding. He states he DID NOT call me and I suggested his number probably was spoofed. He agreed.
