Just got a call from these ppl. He kept telling me what state he was in instead of the actual company's name for about 2 minutes. He says if I'm in front of a computer he can walk me through fixing the issue. My husband is a computer wiz and makes sure everything is properly done. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON!!!! He is calling from a cell number. Why would MICROSOFT have an employee calling to fix an unknown problem from their cell phone. He tries to talk fast but he makes sure he slows down for the part that might scare someone.
