picked up call on dad's line. Robocall from Jennifer from Credit Card Services. Seems the FTC hasn't really shut down Heather and Rachel, for the scammers (who i suspect work with medical debt collectors for United Healthcare affiliates who practice doublebilling) just seem to have recorded another very similar spiel
