I am receiving automated calls from "Rachel" to lower my interest rates. My number is registered on the federal DO NOT CALL registry. When I press 1 to inform them of this, they hang up on me, and I continue to receive the robo calls. I want them to STOP!

The same thing happened to me, I've received several call from different 3's all from Credit Card Services....it's all bogus and annoying. Depending on who your cell carrier is, you can block these #'s.
