wanted to lower interest on credit cards. after not listening, then listened and pressed option to discontinue calls. calls continued. pressed for live operator as soon as i said i didn't want lower intesred and wanted not to be called he hung up before i finished.

reducing the interest rates of "my credit card" which I don't even have

the incoming call gave 2 options, press 9 to speak wiuth rep, or press 1 to stop receiving the calls, line hung up before i could choose either option, when attempting to call the number back to express my request to not call again, i got the message that the number is no longer in service.
