They continue to call changing numbers every time one has the new number blocked.

My opinion is that these people are using this scenerio to generate monies by which they continue to harrass and call knowing every one will go online and look up the number in return it generates clicks which constitutes monies as well as hopefully you will buy software or pay to have a company to block these type of calls.

Honestly if you read all the blogs on all searches you will see a pattern where a majority of these calls the caller doesn't say anything but calls and hangs up Though in return they get exactly what they are hoping for that you go online and generate more monies. I hope someone can look at this type of scheme I believe it is happening to hundreds of thousands of people if not more.

The scheme is to herd people like cattle to their watering hole where they have you making monies for them (like milking the cow) The amount of monies made of just clicks generates a hell of alot of money.
I hope the attorney general of each state goes after these idiots.

Go here http://stoptomwithhomeprotection.wordpress.com and post details if you get a call and it is for a GE alarm. This guy is hot on their trail. First it is a machine (bot) then they will connect you to a person to confirm and set up an appointment. Then I recieved another confirmation call from 916-437-0900.

Promoting free trial of a home security system. The call is from an interactive robot with some primitive voice recognition, so at first it seems like a live person, but it's responses are clearly canned it doesn't recognize words like "do not call".
