Lowering interest rate on my credit card when I spoke to an operator as to WHAT credit card company they were calling from, they were unable to answer and said that they were only representing VISA and MASTERCARD not anyone specific.

Same as above. Called with an auto line, transferred to a person. When pressed, the girl gave her name as Malori Roberts, employee 91, company "Card Services" and their customer service line is 1-888-677-4895.

Now, this is the 12th time in two months that this number has called me, and the first time that the person on the other end stayed on long enough to tell me this info. The others hung up or swore at me. I managed to request my number taken off of their list several times but clearly that didn't happen.

This was a call regarding lowering my credit card interest. I did not answer this call because I have received several and knew who it was

I recieved a computerized call saying "This is the last call you will recieve to lower your credit card interest rate." I waited and pressed "1" to speak to a representative. When a woman answered I asked to be taken off the calling list and was hung up on. I have gotten many of these calls (though not sure from the same number, there never seems to be any specific company the calls come from). Some call no one is on the other end, some calls I have pressed "2" to get off the mailing list and some calls I have been hung up on when I pressed "1" and asked to be taken off their list. I recieve these calls about once a week.

Reduction in credit card interest rates. I cannot list the number of times or dates I have received calls from this number, only that I sometimes receive 3 to 4 calls per week.

We receive numerous, NUMEROUS, automated calls from this number showing on caller ID as Reward Services. They always say "This is your second and final call." How can we stop these? I pressed to speak to someone, they say the call may be recorded or monitored, then they disconnect. MAKES ME CRAZY!!!
