card holder services calling to lower credit card rates. Automated!! even if you select 1 to be removed from list they still call! I'm on do not call list so why are they allowed to continue contacting me????

The recording started out saying "The FBI reports break ins in your area." Then goes on stating you need to buy an alarm system and monthly monitoring...I usually hang up by this point but I have listened to the whole message in the past
