Restructure student loan debt it then said to press 1 or 2 (depedning on sitjuation0 to speak to a live person. I did and when someone connected in I asked what organaziation this is and they promptly disconnected.

The recorded message said that I could lower my student load debit. I do not have any student loan debt. I pressed "1" and it connected me with a live person. The live person tried to obtain personal information from me and would not say what company they were calling from when I asked and hung up on me. When I called the number back it says: You have reached a disconnected number of Pacific Telecommunications Group this number is not in service.
