This number appears on
caller ID as a cell phone and if I try to get additional information, a recorded
message indicates the the call is from "Cardmember Services" which is not the
least helpful. This is a telemarking firm indicating that they can lower your
APR on your credit card(s). I have, in addition to 60+ calls from this number, also
received earlier calls from this company from differnet numbers. I blcoked them, but then started getting the same calls from this number.

Recorded message was designed to imitate a call made by the recipients credit card company to lower their interest rate.

This number is associated with criminal activity. The caller is part of a credit card number collection scam, where the number is reached after an automated messages instructs to dial "1" to speak to a customer rep, to get lowered credit card interest rates. I am being constantly harrassed by these criminals. Please contact law enforcement about this.
