They call my house that they been there 5 times and nobody was around, and we owe the IRS $4000 and we should go to the bank and the money but shouldn't report this to anyone. We should go to rite Aid after getting the money and they will tell us what to do
I call Irs and they gave me a number to call and report that number

Received the same message. Auto female voice saying I was being sued by IRS and to call this number. I knew it was a scam but wanted to report it somewhere in the hopes of helping others to not fall for it. A friends elderly father fell for a similar scam and unfortunately paid them $10,000.

I got the call today, same story - The voicemail said I was being sued by the IRS and should call this number. The person who answered wanted me to pay over $4,000 to resolve the issue out of court, saying there was a warrant out for my arrest.

Received the initial call 7:10 AM from "Wireless Caller (518) 818-0343" a NY Exchange. Their message was cut off but the answering machine got the last part tof the call where an autobot wanted me to call urgently about case #2533365321 - amazing how the case number just happens to be 10 digits. I acted urgently and deleted the message and reported it here. LOL

this caller states they are from the IRS and you owe back taxes. They try to con you into believing you have a warrant against you. They also say they have tried to deliver paperwork to you 3 times and you were not home.

Supposed IRS call to notify me they are suing me. No dates, reason for suing, etc. IRS always sends notifications by mail, never calls.

I received call today Msg left stated the IRS had filed papers against me and to call immediately the IRS number as follows: 253-336-5321. When I looked it up on Google I found this site.

Yes I got the exact same call and deleted it after I saw it here and on other sites.

Received a call on 12-16-2014 at 02:18 pm. Caller ID said Test Code NY. Msg left stated the IRS had filed papers against me and to call immediately the IRS number as follows: 253-336-5321. When I looked it up on Google I found this site. Since I am not stupid and anybody that receives a call like this should just ignore it. There has been a lot on the news of scammers calling like this and it is just a phishing system to gain access to your personal information. I, of course, did not call the number.
