If I answer the question I will receive a prepaid cruise for two after paying a small fee.
At 7:27 PM on same evening I received the same call on my home phone. I receive thes calls several times a week.

The voicemail states "Hello, this is John from Political Opinions of America. You have been carefully selected to participate in a short, 30-second research survey, and for participating, you will receive a free, 2-day cruise for two people to the Bahamas courtesy of one of our supporters. Gratuities and a small port tax will apply. To begin the survey, please press '1' now. To decline the survey and be removed from our list, press '9'. Thank you."

They wanted me to take a 30 second survey, after which they would offer a deal on a cruise. I tried to talk to a live person to ask them to STOP the continual calling of my cell phone, but they hung up instead.

It was the usual, "answer this political opinion survey and you could win..." followed by a "even if you don't win, in return for your participation we can get you a discount on ..." In this case it was a cruise.
