BULL SHIT about " lower your credit card debt ".. This SCAM has been going on for YEARS with ZERO action taken by the US Goverment.. They call at least twice a week.. These calls have been going on for years.. ! 1000's of people complain but NO action to stop them. WHY NOT ?

Is this type call illegal ?

do you want to lower your interest rates (two dozen times easily they have harassed me over months), if yes press 7-- a few times I have pressed, then asked their physical address and they hang up. HOW CAN I SUE THEM?
