The automated message was a female's voice and was rather fast speaking, making it rather hard to write down everything that was stated in the message. Bits and pieces were:

"This is Rachael with cardholder services... there is no problem with your ... urgent that you contact ... eligible to lower interest rate ... press 3 to discontinue ... press 1 to speak with ...


I pressed 1, but evidently the call was disconnected. I saw that I was no longet connected.

We get a call from "Rachel" too. WE are on a Do NOt CAll List. This is the second kind of call like this we have been getting all month (the other being 210-42-6586), but this is the most persistent one. I will be giving these two numbers to police my next day off. The have investigated other questionable tel numbers for me.

Lowering your interest rate, which I have told them I do not need to do. AND, you are not supposed to be called again if you hit "3", which I did, yet they still call.

"This is Rachel. There is no problem with your credit card. Take advantage of a low rate with us. Stay on the line...."Then a live operator come on.I have asked then to remove my number and they just hang up. I have gotten over 25 calls from "Rachel" on my cell and am so fed up that I decided to formally complain.
