Reduction of credit card interest rates. I clicked to get a live operator but was left on hold the the call was dropped. We get this call about once a week.

Caller advertises lowering my interest rate - no indication of what interest rate.
The caller has also used other numbers - one being 360-474-3904 on Aug 21. 971-220-1784 on Aug 15. Caller ID is always Lower Interest (sometimes I ignore the calls because I'm so tired of them) and if I answer. it's Rachel.

Credit Card Services. The message they left began with "While there is currently no problem with your account this service offers you way to save..." but I DON'T have ANY credit cards or any accounts, NONE!

Lower your interest rate. Press 1 for operator to lower interst rate. Press 3 to discontinue notices. Tried that--doesn't work. Recorded message on my recorder. Entire message not there. From picking up phone one time, message just runs over and over and over again. Had many calls. My parents on 503-654-7509, get many of the same calls.
