Credit card help, calls repeatedly even though I have both verbally requested them to stop, pushed 3 to have them stop. Nothing works. Tried to call back the number shown on call I'd but is a non working number. I do not log these calls, make them stop please. Identified as "card member services".

Lower your interets rate. This is your last call. I've only had the "last call" 6 times in the last month. I'm tired of getting these calls. I don't even carry over any balance on any card. I haven't paid a finance charge since before you were born. Why can't you shut down these scammers.?

Pre recorded Rachel called me again to try to get me to transfer my balance to their company so I can get a lower interest rate. Her problem is that I never carry over any baalance on a credit card. This is the ninth complaint I have registered since April 30 of this year. I am tired of getting these calls. I have to pay money out of pocket just for caller ID so I can file these complaints. Why can't you shut down this scam?????

The recording said, "This is your last chance to lower your interest rate". I get so many of these calls it is driving me up the wall. Why can't your department put a stop to the annoying calls. It is just a scam to get your credit card information. Every time I get one of these I file a complaint.
