Supposedly offer to lower interest rate on MasterCard, VISA or AMEX card accounts. I spoke with an individual (dial 1) rether than dial 3 to hang up in order to complain about numerous prior calls.

Lowering interest rates. They call here most days twice per day. I have asked them to stop calling. Most calls are recorded msgs. and always have different phone numbers and usually don't have any identifying name attached to them on caller id. Some times it says Card Holder Services.
