A recorded message pushing a home security system. At the end of the call it said dial 9 to be removed from their calling list. It doesn't work. They called about two weeks ago and said the same thing. I called the number back that was on my caller ID and there was a recorded message stating that I had reached a number that had been disconnected. Same thing with the first call. I do not remember when the first call was. It was from the same people.

We have received these calls on a regular basis, push "1" to talk to a live person, then ask them to remove us from their list, they immediately hang up with no further comment. They refuse to remove our number from their call list. Question #5, I don't have the dates and times. I am now starting to keep a list of these telemarker calls so I can more accurately report them.
