According to every page I have looked it - this is spam pretending to be a political survey, but I personally didn't answer.

Several people who did says the telemarketer claims to offer free cruise tickets after the survey then tries to bully for a credit card number for port fees & such. This ought to be illegal!

I especially don't like getting spammed on my cell phone. I keep that number very private, and don't know how it was obtained. Fortunately, I was unavailable to answer, and not recognizing the number I checked here to see who it is before returning the call. I certainly will not, now that I know. Thank you for the website and useful information about unidentified numbers.
