I receive a call on both my numbers on the same day. They left no message. Caller id showed Pacifictel, as if it was a cell phone. Numerous reports of a scam on the internet.

"free" cruise for answering questions (requiring payment of "port fees")
Free two day cruise.
If I participated in their survey I would receive (or be eligible to receive?) a free 2-day cruise from one of their supporters.
I understand that political groups are exempt from this list, however, I have several concerns about the nature of this call.
1) It was to a cell phone, and therefore costs me money when they call me - either when I answer or when I have to use my minutes to clear their voice mail message. I should not have to pay for their "political surveys".
2) Offering a cruise in return for participation is suspicious - legitimate surveys do not bribe participants. No human-subjects IRB would approve of this protocol.
3) It was entirely pre-recorded, so I had no opportunity to talk to a person to indicate my preference to be placed on their do-no-call list.
4) I do not have a way to ask this organization to place my numbers on their own do-not-call list, so I have not way to stop these unwanted calls. They have no website at which to register a number for do-not-ca
