Rec'd call on my cell phone this morning. Stopped ringing by time I got to the phone. No voicemail message left. I looked up the number on Google and found that it is/was a number for at least 2 different people in the area, possibly a cell phone number. I called the number back and after number of rings was answered by recording that party not available and to leave a message at the tone (ie: leave voicemail). Could have been a wrong number, or the usual telemarketer/scammer scenario. CID of course only showed phone # and "Washington."
