Called my CELL PHONE this morning. I didn't answer and no message left on Voicemail. I called back in afternoon to check who called and first answered by automated system, saying this was a "nonworking number." I called back later and this time a gentleman answered, who explained this was a locked lab and not currently in use. I explained why I called and that the number was no doubt spoofed. CID of course only showed number and "Washington." I blocked number for whatever it's worth if scammers try to use it again.
