Called my CELL PHONE this afternoon. I didn't answer and NO voicemail was left. I called back later in afternoon to check on who called, and recording answered as "Thank you for calling Customer Service...." They call from various local numbers and I get the same answer when I call the numbers back. I assume its a telemarketer of some sort and/or a fraudster/scammer. CID only shows phone # and "Washington." Not in my contacts, so no more details for CID available.
