Sweepstakes Scam

Rec'd call on my CELL PHONE this afternoon. I didn't answer, but no voicemail was left. I called back shortly thereafter to check on who called, and a familiar recording answered with "Thank you for calling Customer Service. Please select from the following options...." I've rec'd these calls from various local numbers, and some not so local as well. Assume either some sort of telemarketer or a scam. Of course, CID only showed phone # and "Washington."
